Greetings, dear friend.
My name is Irena, and my partner's name is Rost.
As someone who has had serious postural problems in the past, I know what it feels like when you live, grow, and mature with this problem. Even if you don't feel physical pain, there's emotional pain, and it's often more intense. Along with insecurities and the thought "I'm different. I'm not like everyone else", I always thought that I was just totally unlucky enough to have a straight spine.
When we struggle with scoliosis, kyphosis or hyperlordosis, we're not just fighting them, but we are fighting for the opportunity to get an everyday life.
Like many of you, I've been told my entire life that scoliosis can't be corrected, and that I'll face significant health problems, won't find a partner, and many other sad things.
However, despite all this, at 36, I (unexpectedly for myself, and more on in my story) got rid of a problem I'd lived with for almost 30 years. With my husband, Rost, a physician and trainer, I corrected my scoliosis, reducing it from grade III to mild grade I.
Along with the scoliosis correction, most of the associated visible bone deformities also vanished. My shoulder blades stopped protruding like wings and became the same size; some of the sternum deformities disappeared, the right-sided costal hump when bending over became minimal, and hyperlordosis was alleviated. All of this was made possible thanks to our system, which included training, massages, and lifestyle changes.
We invite you to become part of a community of people with healthier backs, join our "Healthy Posture Club," and receive practical, efficient tools developed by a physician and tested and regularly used by me, the person who actually corrected complex posture problems as an adult and knows how to "not roll back" the results.
Hugs, Irena and Rost

What is the secret?
The truth is, there's no secret.
Once you understand how it works, test it yourself and see others correct their posture using your method; everything is entirely logical and anatomically proven.
Irena Rost's posture correction system consists of three key elements:
